David closes 2025 with runner-up finish during Santa Shootout at Talladega Short Track

Looking to finish out his 2025 season with a bang, David Kay ran in two divisions during the Santa Shootout at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Saturday.

Finishing seventh in the 20-lap CRUSA Late Model main event, Kay recorded his best run in the 602 Sportsman class and ran second to Kyle Courtney in the 15-lap feature.
